PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Just back last week fron a holiday in Greece

Got talking to an Arsenal fan from Nottingham one night, his missus a rag from Dukenfield. The usual, where you from etc, then he asked who i support.

As soon as i said City him and his battleaxe were at it. So i let him go on for a few minutes then asked him what he knew about the actual charges. He knew nothing, so i threw in all i knew about Arsenal. Ended the conversation by saying Graham was on the fiddle, his best captain (his words not mine) was a drunk driver, Merson a coke head and Wenger the biggest hypocrite to ever work in football.

That was that.
For the next deadhead Arsenal fan you come across you could add the stuff about Kroenkes attempt to air his bloodsport TV channel in the UK and his controversial moving of the St Louis Rams franchise to LA (had to make a settlement of £800m)....and his ongoing attempts to grab an ever increasing share of the World cup pot of cash from FIFA.

So when we are cleared and dickhead away fans come to the Etihad and continue with the cheating bastards chants would we be within our rights to reduce the following season allocation to these clubs on the basis that I am offended by their nasty words?

Hopefully this won't apply to the trafford tramps as they will be plying their trade in another, lower, division.
If we are found guilty and any away fans call us cheating bastards will that be classed as tragedy chanting?

My call is the BBC is not nearly so influential as our owners' UK investment portfolio together with their long standing royal connections.

Said this lots of time, the British press/media are no way as influential on the world stage as they think they are.

Who reads or listens to the press/media ?
Our younger fans ? Doubt it.
Our club investors? Doubt it.
Our appeal around the world ? Doubt it.
Our potential new signings ? Doubt it.
Our red cartel fans ? Yes.

So the British press/media aim their sells at the British rags, dippers and gooners. That is a very small audience for a league with a worldwide audience.

Not to mention ‘the Russian mobster Usmanov, the tax exile and dodgy diamond dealer Danny Fiszman’.

Football always has been and always will be a
murky business. Every big club has a dodgy history, that’s part of what made them a big club and Arsenal certainly are no exception. The 1919 election to the top division is a case in point.

It’s a shrinking audience as well, as our fan base grows and that creates a dilemma for them. Do they shift their positivity to us and risk alienating the delusional red cartel or do they continue to pamper to them? It’s lose-lose for the media because our fan base will want nothing to do with them. I think the future will be a fragmented landscape where fans seek out their own individual media possibly from within and outside of the UK.

As soon as he identified himself as a Tarquin you should’ve fucked off.

Should've slipped some ExLax in his cocoa.

Didn’t UEFA warn against this?
Yes they don’t want government interference in the game in case it impinges on their authority.

But UEFA didn’t appear to know what the remit of the Bill is/was. Don’t forget that UEFA is essentially run by the big clubs across Europe.

I think the government spelled out what tie Bill was and wasn’t going to cover and UEFA backed off.

And taking money from a country funding a war in DRC…

You should have asked Tarquin if he's ever visited Rwanda.

I’m suprised the Arsenal fan wasn’t on holiday in Rwanda.
