It should be. Its like City playing a sunday league team. Wales did amazingly well to make the competition but they're nowhere near this level.

Totally agree, it's a "letter of the law" pen, but nobody appealed for it being a pen and it was very unlucky for it to be a foul, even if it was.

Hmmm. I don’t know all the permutations but I would have thought avoiding Spain would be the issue, if any.
