This was an understated cracker of a kit from last season, too bad this was the only good moment the first team had in it.

Exactly. Really don't see the Puma hate. And kits don't change the way we play anyway, I'd rather win the league with that rain kit every week than come last with this purple one.

The 99 play off final kit, it got absolutely hammered when it came out. It’s now seen as a classic because of a moment in time in the clubs history, if City had never had won that game it would have been looked at as another crap kit we had.

It's really unusual for Adidas to supply two clubs that are geographically close together

Quite often these companies design a kit and then use the same style or pattern for a few clubs, just altering the colour and badge, with adidas we could end up with a sky blue rag kit!

That was a Puma mistake and a template for the third shirt for a few Puma sponsored teams wasn't it. Treble winning season kits, all three great. This years home and away look great. Last years Gillingham shirt was great, 100 points home season home and away was great. Loads of top kits, but some shit. Don't think any club releases perfect kits every year, to justify a new one each season and the cost of them they have to mix them up

These were good, the only good maroon. one was the Gk one 3 years ago, the upcoming black one is good though a monocrome badge spoils it for m, the haciender one is ok

CWC sash kit could have been iconic without the poznan watermark (looks good from. afar but not so much on yourself)

The rest I just don't like much

Looks like it's "up to £100m" a season, so guess it's dependent on certain clauses being met. Either way, it's still a remarkable deal considering Liverpool's new deal with Adidas is circa £65-70m a season.

I gone back. amd looked I can count 5 (9 if we count limited editions) from 19 (25) which were decent.

The rest were poor to average imho.

Some of the shirts puma produced and the didn’t take to them and didn’t sell well will collectors shirts in years to come out because they didn’t sell well!

I dont think that many have been poor. Some of the ones they do are grown-up and some are fun, then it's just a matter of taste.

The Oasis one was shite, as was the 'MAN CITY' one. The rain one looks it too. Oh and the home shirt with purple trim (not maroon).

Probably a few others, but I'd say more like 7 or 8 bad kits.
