Manchester City have signed an extension to their record-breaking kit deal with Puma.

We're shoving the 115 charges right back up the arse of masters and the red cartel mardarses.

Super city and this rubber stamps it for me that these 115 charges will be thrown out as absolute pie in the sky.
 
Fantastic deal if those figures are true. I do wonder if that is for CFG rather than us specifically but it's good regardless. Most of these kit manufacturer deals are stagnant or reducing of late - I think Juve is a good example, so a near 50% increase is remarkable.

One word of caution though is Puma will want to recoup this, so don't be surprised to see the already high shirt prices continue to increase. Hard to have it both ways.

Then they will sell less? Its about brand exposure as much as anything else mate.
 
I think Puma have had some good, bad and ugly kits but I suspect in 20 years some of them will be seen as absolute classics (treble home already is) and even some of the shite ones (the Tokyo electric one, the Poznan world cup one, the Hacienda black one, even this shocker of a rain one) will be seen as fondly remembered cult classics. They're not afraid to be bold, and let's be honest the average Blue Moon poster is not really the target market for them
 
Happy with this.

I dont think there's been a season where they've produced more than 1 kit you could say was genuinely bad.

They clearly treat us as their biggest client as well.

I spoke to the Puma team when they launched the first kit and it smashed all previous sales numbers for City kits and their own numbers for other clubs. The second season then smashed the previous one.

Me too. And in the 80s, on a similar note but involves politics, I refused to buy any biscuits made by McVities because they gave coffers to Maggie and Co.
