I suppose because our owner has never been wanted by those who control PL.UEFA and the cartel. You know what I mean. Why was it that City were the only club they really went after? And why haven't we heard anything about other clubs?
They have been consistent in applying rules both on and off the field of play that must be pedantically observed by City but seem invisible for other clubs.
Quite simple really.

Ours was better in other ways, too, one of which you mention.Our TREBLE will ALWAYS be more legitimate than the rags,we entered the CHAMPIONS league that season as Englands actual winners of their league…..unlike the scum rags,who entered it as sloppy second to Arsenal…..fucking champions league,they weren’t even champions of their own league when they entered it…..I always push this narrative to the rags I work with and the ones I meet….they fucking hate it,just keep repeating it to them,I’ve noticed the younger ones get more wound up than the ones around my age.

City also aggregated Leipzig, Bayern, Madrid and Inter Milan 17-3 in the knockouts of the champions league. Real and Bayern being too of the most difficult opponents in the champions league at the time. They turned up for 2 minutes of the champions league final in 99.
The treble also included the fastest ever goal in an Fa cup final. City also dragged back a very decent Arsenal team to win the league as well when they were walking away with it in January.

He hacked a lot of data but there were clearly people or organisations out there prepared to pay for dirt on City. There was a bit of noise around Pogba and Ronaldo but generally speaking the majority of clubs got off without a peep. Imagine someone hacking Barcelona and finding nothing of note?
