PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Its just a thought, only a thought.

Could it be reasonable that the verdict is out but the PL or City have put a Super injunction on it to suppress it to a later day. The verdict was indicated it could be march but hasnt happened or has it.

The press may know the verdict but cant say. it would certainly explain their change of tact if city had won.

it could explain our spending and the puma contracts etc...

Knowing that masters and the PL are F**ked the rest could ignore PSR and spend big.

The government would know the outcome and want to push ahead with a regulator.

I could be that certain posters ITK on here were right about some decision dates.

As Dido would say "its just a thought, Only a thought."
My understanding is that a ‘super injunction’ is only granted by the Courts if it is clearly in the public interest, or about national security. For example the recent suppression of news about the Afghans who worked for the UK. I can’t think that the preferences of City or Masters and his co-conspirators, would come anywhere near the required threshold.

The single fact that the scousers are spending money like no tomorrow is a huge indication for me that the rules are in the bin.
Liverpool have gone from being skint to winning the lottery.
Something very odd.

They were never skint, always spent money, but their supporters told a tale of spending paucity and financial morality.

And it’s practically being celebrated in the press. Curious.

It’s the 3 red tops who are spending abnormal amounts of money. So maybe someone’s tip Arsenal off again

Didn't the Family Man obtain a super-injunction?

Maybe the 3 red teams you mention know they had no case before they forced the PL to act so at least major changes needed to rules.
I am hoping that the Panel recomend that any new or changes to rules must be certified as fully legal before putting it to a vote to prevent a further salami of existing rules to amother illegal version.
