Yep I want it over yesterday…..but it just doesn’t feel like things will go that way - Pep seems pretty happy still and there’s definitely more going on with city’s case than meets the eye and hopefully that’s in our favour……the new Puma deal is encouraging and the fact SM is an extremely powerful person who probably does a lot of business with the UK as a whole…..well I just feel things like that play a part in some way and often in ways hidden from us hoi polloi

With over 1 million documents submitted I'm not sure why people are surprised it's taken as long as it has. With a 3 person panel it can't be a stalemate although we could win some lose some.

I agree with all this, but if I think there’s a bit of room for a bit more from him when he was in positions he just didn’t produce his club form …….think he’s good enough that he could still have had an impact if he’d have found that club form…he missed a couple of chances he’d normally take with city etc….and just didn’t look like himself, but yes everything you said is valid.

These rules were only ever created for City; and there seems to be surprise at all levels of football that they potentially apply to other clubs. That said whatever the rules were supposed to do the US owners have driven a coach and horses through them and Master’s et al don’t seem to be particularly bothered. I think the cartel’s primary objective of depicting us as perennial cheats in the media has largely been achieved.
