Alexander Isak | Cried his way to a £130m move

Yes we've won a lot, more than anyone else the last 10 years, more than Van Dijk, more than Rice. If it wasn't enough for you and you haven't enjoyed every minute of it, then that's tough shit and your problem, not our transfer activity.

It was mostly great, but never be satisfied or complacent. I certainly didn’t enjoy the last two FA Cups or any of last season, did you?

Apart from watching the City v Spuds 2021 Carabao final, I've been out most of the day.

So have the Dips signed, er poached him yet??

Absolute bunch of hypocrital villains that club is. Yet a free pass every time from the complicit captured media shills.

Yes I did, we won all the games I went to and I had 7 great days out at the football, there were a few other games I watched that I enjoyed some not so much.
If you can never be satisfied with the team you support then really what’s the point.

What a pisser, eh? Problem is, is there any benefit to a selling club to hold on to an unsettled player? Will he continue to give his best to that club? Of course he should; it's his job, after all. But I suspect it doesn't always turn out like that.

Yerp, particularly in this instance where they have struggled to recruit. Much better to have a player who should be professional & honour his contract, than have more money you can't do anything with. They have CL to consider this season and should keep him at least for a year

If there is such a dearth of top quality strikers around at the moment, I can see the 130mil figure being met.
Liverpool could back themselves into a corner over this transfer.
I think they'll stick around 100m maybe up to 110m if newcastle finalyl play ball but i think they hope he kicks up a fuss and Newcastle look to offload late in the window. theyve sowed the discontent, let him fester and be the bad guy.

Seen rumours earlier that he’d put his house up for sale, not sure if true but it’d be pretty funny if the Saudi guys dug their heels in and just said you’re going nowhere.
Then if he spits his dummy out they make him train with the reserves.
They’ve got deep enough pockets to not be dictated too.
If I were Newcastle I’d be challenging PSR in the courts.
It’s a joke they can’t spend their own money.
What a sham.

As a fan you' want that surely? But there's a niggling doubt in my mind that the Saudis aren't as interested as they first appeared.

BBC football showing 6 different ways the dippers could line up with Isaak and Ekitike in the same team. Last time I looked Isaak was a Newcastle player, the dirty disrespectful bbc cunts
Sky Sports, BBC, and TalkSport — they’re all in on it. Everytime I click open my browser, I just see it, the Justifications.
Liverpool truly will never walk alone — not just on the pitch, but in every corridor of influence.
They are protected in all forms and ways, media narrative, pundit bias, refereeing leniency, and selective scrutiny.

The gall of it all is something to be studied. The sheer audacity, the entitlement, the double standards, the way any criticism is deflected while praise is magnified. Favoritism and institutional cushioning wrapped in historical nostalgia. And somehow, they still manage to play the underdog card. Unreal.

This just fuels me even more. I want City to come back and dethrone them with absolute authority.
Let’s silence the noise, shut down the bias, and run riot this season. No mercy. No doubts.
I hope we come out firing, relentless, and leave no narrative standing. Let’s remind them why dominance is earned, not gifted by the media. They can have their pundits, their nostalgia, their protection, We’ll have the trophies.

It’s hard to tell at the moment while they’ve got one hand tied behind their backs.
However I am a little surprised they haven’t tried to invest in the info structure more, especially the training ground and academy, considering what a good revenue stream it is, as well we know.
