Tell you now if we did any of what Chelsea did as in selling assets to ourselves 8/10 years ago the whole of those premier clubs would of fast tracked a premier meeting to do a vote on it and it would of got voted against if 100%

If they can allow Chelsea to sell a hotel to themselves and still claim the operating profits on the hotel at the same time, how can they have any case against City on the Fordham arrangement (which Uefa could have gone after as it wasn’t behind any time limitations but chose not to).

UEFA rules.

And the sale to a related party has to be fair market value (although I suspect the league has wildly varied tolerance to that assessment depending on the club involved).
