City launch legal action against the Premier League | Club & PL reach settlement | Proceedings dropped (p1147)

So now chelsea villa and neverton have all sold their women’s teams to themselves, but we are the cheats
It is an absolute fucking farce. The Premier League have completely lost the plot. They have no idea what it was they were trying to do, what they're still doing, and the clubs are taking the piss with their schemes to circumvent the regulations. They are not fit for purpose.

It’s why when the premier clubs voted on it they didn’t vote for it to be banned! They all wanted a get out of jail card on psr! But once sold that’s it, they can’t do that again!

Watch this space in Chelsea selling the youth team to themselves for 200m!

You say the can’t do it again but maybe they’ve got hotels they can sell to themselves? Corruption in plain sight, yet we are the cheats!

But is there anything stopping them selling it again? They’ve only sold it to a “parent company” so does that mean they can still get hold of it to sell it again?

Ours has made circa €500 million in the last 11 years so what's FMV for the academy? €2 billion say? Our women's team have their own custom built stadium and soon their own custom built training facilities, another €1 billion say? Or would they block it and say that's cheating?

What value on Moonchester and Moonbeam’s mascot outfits? Has to be at least £2 billion a piece in today’s market.

Perhaps we should try it and see?

Tell you now if we did any of what Chelsea did as in selling assets to ourselves 8/10 years ago the whole of those premier clubs would of fast tracked a premier meeting to do a vote on it and it would of got voted against if 100%

Puma not a associated party though
Puma is not an associated party but it creates a benchmark for the commercial deals that City might expect to command in the 'free market'. The APT hearing concluded that "The burden of proof is on the Club submitting the Transaction to demonstrate that it is at Fair Market Value. "

That's why it is relevant.

One if the charges in 115 is City selling image rights of players to themselves. If they can allow Chelsea to sell a hotel to themselves and still claim the operating profits on the hotel at the same time, how can they have any case against City on the Fordham arrangement (which Uefa could have gone after as it wasn’t behind any time limitations but chose not to).

I think I can answer your question. The answer is that we are Middle East owned and the English Premier League is now a US run organisation

UEFA rules.

And the sale to a related party has to be fair market value (although I suspect the league has wildly varied tolerance to that assessment depending on the club involved).
