Most of them are spending because Newcastle and Villa have shown them that they are well capable of catching up. So therefore the cartel has enforced their huge advantage in the PSR-influenced market aiming to break those type of challengers and increase the gap. Also United have done this for years already because they are a pathetic excuse of a football club and just finished 15th.

a fine establishment, with well respected and fully researched journalistic output...unless iv'e been reading the tone of this forum all wrong?Talksport, you say?
Yeah, that's what stefan said but the journalists have run with that assumption. But our case doesn't involve courts (although some of the people involved may well be on holiday).

The October angle looks like a bit of gossip given to Delooney by one of his football club director sources. My betting is someone high up at LFC picked it up hobknobbing with Richard Masters in the USA. If not LFC then it is likely Arsenal. Either way it confirms what we all know has been happening. Our commercial rivals continue to leak titbits of information from what is supposed to be a confidential process. It’s based off of an article in the Independent, who are usually more-so off the ball than on it.
The PL are totally out of order.someone somewhere maybe this so called comedian has touch a raw nerve
if any paddy power has digs bothways but id guess they got better leagal team than a two bob comic
Delooney is a bullshitter. His 'confidential sources' told him CAS had found us guilty. The October angle looks like a bit of gossip given to Delooney by one of his football club director sources.
i havent seen or remember itThe PL are totally out of order.
What did you think of the "Pep in the Dock " sketch itself?
This is exactly the 'old' set up for their perpetual gravy trainIt's such a fair system isn't it

so even with no evidence which new rules imply they'll find us guiltyThe way I see it the overwhelming likelihood given how protracted and expensive this process has been is that we are going to get found guilty of something although I would expect not of the more severe charges.
The PL are under massive pressure to make something stick and there will be some sort of settlement. Their own survival depends on it.
At the end of the day common sense will hopefully prevail.
Surely writing an article and stating "someone high up at a PL club" or similar, is so unproveable and therefore easily invented?
Its not great. I didn't get offended by it, mind you.i havent seen or remember it
