All with a little help from their friends, the rags have more levers than the barca mob, all the scouse have done is shuffle a few bits around until Salah's legs fall off and VVD can't run any more.
To get like for like for those two it's going to dwarf the spend they have made this transfer window and even then there is no way of knowing that the players they have bought will bed in and do the business.
Let's say the buys they have made fall through like the rags buys fall through? They are left with a hole they can't fill and will IMHO fall back into the pack, one of the biggest drivers is scouse expectation and it's going to be sky high.
