The way ssn has gone over last few years every programme with youtuber expert ( not that so called presenters knew more) telling you their opinion they'll be main sport channel soon enough I'm surprised only on YouTube and not one of million empty free view channels

Manchester and Salford have created their own Visions and master plans which have been successfully implemented. Now Trafford, the council that has never liked to spend, wants to try and catch up. They have drafted in the outsider Coe who was one of those in London who criticised Manchester`s Olympic and Commonwealth bids. The latter in 2002 was hugely successful despite his sniping.

Through Coe, absent American and Monaco billionaire owners are trying to get a new, Old Trafford on the cheap. The stadium is not essential to the wider regeneration despite the storyline currently being plied.

The rich owners are not putting in any of their wealth. The tax exile in Monaco is trying to get public funding of £400m to be used for land acquisition which is just part of the significant costs of moving a major freight terminal out of Greater Manchester to Merseyside for the large benefit of a private company registered in the Cayman Islands.

Coe is no friend of Manchester nor Greater Manchester. He was a great athlete but that was a very long time ago. In present time he is now a PR front man.

The truth is that this wider regeneration scheme can be brought forward without a football club that already has a stadium, which does not have the land required for an alternative, claims it does not have the money, and wants the pubic to open a big purse.

Those numbers of £7.6b a year for the Uk economy and 15,000 homes are just very highly paid consultants pie in the sky figures to get some taxpayer money! The highest figure I can find for Wembley is £2.5b so Trafford is going to beat that by a factor of 3! Salford Quays has probably 4,000-5,000 homes max and has taken 25 years to get there so 15,000 homes are going to take at least half a century hopefully the same amount of time as Utd's next OL title win!

If you are a city fan you are extremely unlikely to be put through to air,unless you’re their go to city fan aka Jackie Knuckles,and here’s the thing…..THEY ring her.
I have a friend of a friend who knows people who work there,on the phones,screening the calls…she says they actively do not allow city fans through to air to apparently push the narrative city haven’t got many fans…
Due to my work environment I’m stuck listening to talkshite all morning,afternoon early evening….even when they are discussing a city topic and they ask city fans to ring in,you might get one TOPS….then it’s literally wall to wall every other clubs fans that ring in…I’ve heard an entire 6 days from about 8.30am to 7pm without a single city topic being discussed…unless it’s 115,and not a single city fan being put through to air on ANY TOPIC…..Something stinks.

Reminds of recent headlines I saw in Aussie press about a coal mine that hasn’t paid a cent in tax after 3 years. It got the go ahead after promising $22b in tax.

In my opinion people involved in justifying projects with wild claims like Coe & Burnham are knowingly defrauding taxpayers & should be facing criminal charges. These aren’t mistakes, it’s blatant bullshit & anyone not seeing it is fucking in on it.
