Allie McCoist went " ooof" when he saw the close up of the handball . In other words that does look like a penalty.
They showed the clip ,close up . Definitely a handball ( arm extended) which prevented the ball from reaching the Palace attacker. Then they showed the side angle , far view, with the Sun shining into the camera lens which nearly blurred out the hand ball .

Well now that's a funny thing, isn't it? Didn't see either incident, so I'm asking people on here who did: that Ipswich Town equaliser the other night against Birmingham City which was so controversial, was that not comparable, or even less of a case for a penalty, than what you just saw at Wembley? Just asking… (it's a genuine question: take off you anti-dipper specs if you can for a minute — I know, it's not easy — and give me your considered opinion).
 
These two new full backs and Wirtz playing ahead of a midfield 2 rather than them packing the midfield in a 3 will certainly make them easier to play against in transition if teams sit deeper and counter.

I know there’s been a lot of hype about their business this summer and they’ve not been ‘bad’ today by any means but don’t see them being drastically better, if at all either.

Won the league last season playing the Klopp way, with Klopp players and the challengers dropping off. Remains to be seen whether we and others step up, but can’t see it being anywhere near as straightforward this year for them

That's spot on mate. Or in this case not spot on. Different rules for different teams depending on the opposition.
 
All dippers have done after all their transfer business is stay the same . It just gives the Comms something to wank over with the new names .

They want Guehi, on this showing Palace should be asking for £80m+.

They know the Isak money is there.
