2025 Community Shield | Crystal Palace v Liverpool

I don't like Palace and even more so since that corrupt cup final. They are one of those pesky teams that every second season or so we have trouble beating or they do one on us.

However today, I put my dislike aside (it's bottom of league 2 in comparison to my distaste for the Red cartel, villa and spuds) but I wholeheartedly congratulate them for their victory and doing a favour to every supporter of a non cartel club by beating ' da best team in all der werrrrld la'.

Well done Palace and don't go selling your best players to the Dips and Chavs.

Oh and let us have 6 points against you this upcoming season. That is all.

He was downplaying it as a trophy.

Everyone knows it’s not a major trophy and it is a pre-season friendly, the hint is in the name. Now’s not the time though, just because Liverpool lost, just let Palace have their day.

Its palace mate I can name ten other teams atleast i hate before palace and ten of them are in our own country, palace would be atleast named in my top 30-40th teams i hate haha

I said it when they signed his and Van Dijk’s extensions - they’d make the mistake we made last year in not refreshing our squad. Could easily fall apart. Keep in mind that they’re spending £800,000 p/w on just those two.
