Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

My mate wants to transfer his season ticket for the Spurs game to my wife. She does not have a membership, and given she is only likely to go to this one game it isn’t worth the £35 creating an account for her. However unless she does pay for an account, how can my mate transfer his ticket to her ? Is it possible for my mate to transfer his ticket to my Mrs without her being a member ?

He needs to add her to his friends and family and then nominate her. You can have 3 non members nominated. By 5 tonight.

I’m trying to add non-member accounts to my F&F, but get the error message “person does not have ticketing account”.

Tried the changing password thing someone else suggested earlier, but that hasn’t worked and I’ve no option on said account to create a ticketing account, or supporter no.

Anyone managed to get past this?

Edit: managed to get a supporter no. Account. Follow the steps in post #2503 which is a helpful guide, better than anything the club has provided!

I’ve sorted mine now!
Log into the persons account you would like to add, click in the top left corner and select ‘help’. Then select ‘ my account’. Then select ‘guide to my friends and family’. Then in the third paragraph down it says register here, select that and add the persons details into the indicated fields bit then submit, it should take you to a ticket account with a supporter number. Hope this helps!

I registered my Wife last Thursday and had no ticketing account and no supporter number.

Just followed this and it worked. Talk about last minute and the lack of information from the club itself.

Maybe this needs a separate thread so it dosn't get lost, as I think a lot of other people are going to have the same issues.

Have you logged into his account to check? As others have said, they don’t send a separate email.

Again you've not read this thread have you? The clue is in the title, specifically the 'Changes to ticket transfer this season' part.

As the process has changed what happened last year is irrelevant. This year you can only transfer to a paid Cityzen member or 3 non paid members who have to be nominated by today.

I think you had to add them all at the same time in the same window.

City said there will be another window to add another non-member in October (but can't change ones already added).

I’ve worked it out. For some reason, they’ve paid the £35 (the reason is the non payment method, like the entire website, isn’t exactly intuitive).

What an effing farce. People still waiting on new accounts for people that they'd normally just scan in. Not being able to transfer it to a fellow season ticket holder. What a complete joke! Surely this is something else that should have been run past City Matters before they pressed ahead with it? Seem to circumvent them at every opportunity.

They've had all summer to announce all of this, but lumber it on people a week or so before the season starts concealed within another email. If it's another brainwave by the ticket compliance guy they'll be making themselves redundant soon as there won't be anything left to do.

Have they even listed the games which are guaranteed refunds yet? or sorted out the NFC issue for those without compatible phones? I don't believe they have as that's the individual's problem for having an older phone and reimbursing people isn't a priority to them. Again, they've only had all summer to decide on which fixtures these are and recognise a lot of people use the barcodes instead of NFC (even those with NFC compatible phones).
