Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

He needs to add her to his friends and family and then nominate her. You can have 3 non members nominated. By 5 tonight.
He is unable to do so, only Under 13s may be added The system asks for your date of birth and if you are over 13 years of age you are redirected to apply for a paid membership

What an effing farce. People still waiting on new accounts for people that they'd normally just scan in. Not being able to transfer it to a fellow season ticket holder. What a complete joke! Surely this is something else that should have been run past City Matters before they pressed ahead with it? Seem to circumvent them at every opportunity.

They've had all summer to announce all of this, but lumber it on people a week or so before the season starts concealed within another email. If it's another brainwave by the ticket compliance guy they'll be making themselves redundant soon as there won't be anything to do.

Have they even listed the games which are guaranteed refunds yet? I don't believe they have as reimbursing people isn't a priority to them. Again, they've only had all summer to decide on which fixtures these are.
Spurs and United so far are guaranteed refunds. I think they might hold fire. Last year they announced games as guaranteed refunds that then became dead rubbers. And/or moved to midweek.

Tried setting an account up for my Dad. Have the number but inserting required fields (name) it will not save , stating required date of birth.

The DOB is the one line that is greyed out and the date is in it from initial registration.

No way of overcoming the problem as email does not allow to list them with no name stored.

I’ve sorted mine now!
Log into the persons account you would like to add, click in the top left corner and select ‘help’. Then select ‘ my account’. Then select ‘guide to my friends and family’. Then in the third paragraph down it says register here, select that and add the persons details into the indicated fields bit then submit, it should take you to a ticket account with a supporter number. Hope this helps!
Thanks a lot! Worth gold, your post!

I am relatively savvy with technology, but the club has made everything possible to make this process complicated/impossible to navigate!

Naughty. Someone on FB said they’re weren’t allowing you to generate supporters numbers now online. You’re having to ring up. Not sure how true that is.

I think this might be the case, as I had a friend create an account just in case. However, he still hasn't received a supporter number even though it's been a week, so I can't add him now.

Follow the advice in the previous posts regarding the help section and searching a guide to friends and family. it gives you a supporter number after you fill in further details regarding name and address etc.

Try this from a previous post

Is anyone 100% clear whether strongly linked friends and family will be able to send tickets to non-members associated with your account? or does everyone need to add them?

I'd like to think it's a yes, but suspect it's a no. I know I've asked this before and the answer was essentially 'I assume so' but not sure whether it's been verified?

I made one today using the website.
Fair enough. I wasn’t convinced. I copied the link to enable you to register, for someone who wanted to get a supporters number. On a City ticket exchange Fb site. And someone immediately came back and said you now had to ring up. Sounded odd, but I wouldn’t put it past City!

Many people's middle names (including my own) are after our fathers. If they are watching out for this then they must be assuming all of our fathers are rags.

I was just teasing @Prestwich_Blue :-)
You little tease Sheila! I think they actually use email account as the unique identifier as I have my own name in my F&F list and think it's when I set up an account for my American daughter-in-law in my name but with my Gmail account as the email.

Yeah, something is definitely going on here. I've set an account up for somebody before and they got their supporter number instantly so I know what I'm doing. Tried to add somebody else this morning and they still haven't been allocated a supporter number. I'm not overly arsed as I've only missed one league game in past 3 seasons due to a wedding so probably won't require it, but feel sorry for those getting pissed about with that share season tickets.
