I watched that on C4 News last night. One of the biggest car crash interviews I've ever seen. She was floundering all over the fucking place, despite KGM's questioning not being too tough. Amongst other things, she was saying they'll process the asylum claims - I could've sworn that the current government are doing that exact same thing, albeit it would be better for everyone if they were processed quicker - but then went on to say they'll send them all back. How does that work for all those whose asylum claims are accepted once they've been processed Andrea?

It felt like she was blaming asylum seekers and immigrants for every single case of assault - sexual or otherwise - against women in the UK but then went on to say she'd been a victim of domestic abuse herself, and I very much doubt that it was at the hands of an asylum seeker or an immigrant

I know that the messaging from certain members of the current government on various issues can be poor at times but that was a whole new level of fuckwittery

The only issue I'd have with this political genius is that a load of private individuals roaming our streets after dark will cause bother not stop it

Maybe he's on to something.

Given that 40% of the rioters they encouraged last year, turned out to have been reported for domestic abuse, women might be safer if they're out wandering the street, rather than home with their partners.

Would a woman rather be followed home by one man or by a group of men? Or by Richard Tice?

Are they getting brown shirts? You could call them the Protection Squad. (Schutzstaffel or SS)

Sounds like he's trying to resurrect the Guardian Angels. The trouble is, the Guardian Angels operated to a moral code whereas Tice would probably recruit some of the dregs of society to do the job, What could possibly go wrong?!
