It's Quiet the £250m return

You tell them they'll be training alone.
Honestly do you think those players listed deserve that ?
One of those if and thats a big if stays fit is arguably still out best CB, one is almost nailed on to be on our coaching staff , one is injured so feck all we can do and the and the others are still decent back up players

Adeyemi, Doku, Saka, Gittens, Minteh, Olise off the top of my head, there’s 11 with no effort.

And this is just pure wingers rather than the likes of other players that play out wide, like Cherki and Musiala.

Rodrygo, Kvaratskhelia perhaps a little too old for the argument.

How many wingers, without the god like dribbling and positioning that you claim, got more than his one premier goal last season?

Edit: for my money, he isn’t as good as Oscar Bobb.
Oscar Bobb, much like McAtee to many on here - the second coming of Jesus Christ.

He’s played 826 minutes of professional football and has scored 3 times.

Interest in Prem and Germany
Yh but where? Went silent weeks ago when it previously looked like Ederson was off and he was staying then it looked like he was off and Ederson was staying and now both must be off but only Ederson links around

Well we have told Grealish and McAtee to find new clubs. So not beyond the realms of possiblity they can say the same to Akanji, Kovacic et al
The huge difference is both are happy to go elsewhere to play, you cant move a player that is under contract and doesn't want to move.
in an ideal world id like to have seen at least 2 more move on, But im not stupid enough to think we dont have out hands tied

Great, Grealish is a 100m investment out on loan and probably to return next year for a big loss and not sure what relevance McAtee is, by all accounts we would like him to stay but he wants first team football and he’s brought us an offer in of 30m which is the minimum you can ask.

Akanji and Kovacic is a random double to pick, they are probably in Pep’s top 10 players lol, despite what many think.

I think the fact Akanji and Kovacic are in Pep's top 10 is all people need to say - as opposed to no team has ever told a player that they appreciate the contribution but they might be best off leaving.

Whether they are in Viana's top 10 that's an interesting question.

Does look a bit like in January Viana bought replacements for players Pep has no intention of replacing and now the squad is distorted and bloated.

Wouldn't mind having the 100m on Gonzalez and Reis (who Pep seems keen to give zero games to) to get Rodrygo without sacrificing Savinho.

They didn't want to leave City. They were just told they had no future at the club.
We could have said the same to others.

We probably have but if you’re John Stones, Nathan Ake or Manu Akanji, and the teams that are happy to offer you a deal are not what you want or where you want, why would you go when in a year you would at least be getting a signing on fee and your bonuses at City.

Based on our preseason, the ones I'd like to move out from the foreign legion would be ...
1. Akanji (replaced by Khusonov)
2. Bernardo (replaced by Gundogan)
3. Kovacic (replaced by Rodri when fit)

Obviously that is unlikely though.

I would like to keep Gundogan now. I feel like he can do a nice job in a deeper role but only with a more solid CB pairing behind him.

As for Savinho and Ederson, I'd have been happy for them to stay but the thought of Rodrygo and Dunnarumma seems exciting.

I'd like to see Lewis go on loan (because he's not a rb imo) and a very good English RB come in instead but I'm not sure one exists (Livramento doesn't seem very exciting to me). Maybe there's someone in the younger teams?

Only other wish list would be to keep Echeverri but I don't know if there's room.
