I don't like the idea of putting any substantial sum in their pocket. I just prefer to do business elsewhere.Dont forget thats euros though?

We shouldnt fear them though and do the right business for us? They would just sell to someone else and get the money anyway and it does seem we would be his first choice.
That's why i wanted him last season. Thought he was a great candidate to blossom under Pep.Rodrygo would fly under Pep if he takes it on board imo.
We'll see if it happens. I don't have a strong sense it will. That Maria lady is convincing though :)

If Savinho leaves, i think it 100% happens as Viana will have the groundwork all done and transfers are always 2-3 steps ahead of info that comes out.

Agreed! A player Pep is desperate for and a player desperate to play for Pep is extremely dangerous for the rest of the league and europe!

From memory, it all started when we battered them and Rodrygo was calling us the best team in the world etc? Not the sort of thing Perez likes to hear! Things went downhill after that.
