New ST rules & ticket transfers

Do they have a paid membership? If so, probably already have a ticket assigned…

Are they a non-member? If so, I’m going to guess they aren’t on your list of 3 nominated non-members - so you won’t be able to t/fer it to them
Theyre are non-member but have been on my friends and family list for years.
 
You need to have nominated them. You can only have 3 non members that you transfer to.
Sorry to sound daft but how do you nominate them?
Like I said they have been on my friends and family list for ages and still remain.
Do I have to add them somewhere else?

the window for nominating the 3 non matchday members has already been shut.

the only way u can transfer your ticket to them now is that they buy the matchday membership

Fuck me, it's complicated.
Do they need to buy the £25 or £35 membership as an adult.
 
Had to purchase a membership and now managed to transfer. However, how do we download to a mobile, the option isn't available?

Just spoke to supporters service about I transferred my sons ticket to my partner the transferred went through but no ticket and the add to mobile is greyed out. They said it should go on her wallet today or tomorrow as they have been issues with the spurs tickets. I asked why the add to mobile was not working and he said there doing away with it soon.

Hmmm, So We have basically banned all season ticket holders from passing on their tickets to fellow season ticket holders and not communicated this to anyone. Thanks City.
Probably being naive here but why and what is the point of a ST holder transferring to another ST holder?

No point 1 person having 2 tickets is there?
