No idea pal, I've just had an email from City to say my ticket has been successfully transferred to my brother's account.Does the transfer arrive by email or an automatic download? Different posts seem to say different things.
THIS THIS a million times.wish they would just let people dedice whether they want one of these or want to use mobile.

If they’re paid member it goes direct on their card. If they just got a supporter number and you added them to your 3 “non-member transfers” then they should get an email. Except my transfer didn’t work at first so had to phone them and they sorted straight away, but no explanation what if anything was wrong.Does the transfer arrive by email or an automatic download? Probably if he is a paid members.To get around the obstacles city put in place. I transferred a ticket for tomorrow to a friend for them to forward me the email on to download as the person having the ticket already has one on their membership. The email came through to download the ticket but it says pass download locked as maximum allowed has been reached. Does that mean it’s automatically gone into my mates wallet who’s number we used to try get around the system?
