It's not city's choice the premeir league have mandated all tickets for all fixtures have to be digital.THIS THIS a million times.
my lad is happy with his crappy digital sc, let us FOC's choose what we want.
You can still have the ticket in the form of a card. Cards can store digital information but everyone seems to use mobile phones as a default now. Not everyone likes using mobile phones. It's not city's choice the premeir league have mandated all tickets for all fixtures have to be digital.

They haven’t found a way yet. As far as we know. Can anyone please clarify to an old git like me, I have my missus ST on my phone. So therefore if she can't make a game, could I just take a mate using her ticket? Seems simple enough but I'm not sure if City have found a way to stop this.
Well the first of our gang with an empty seat today. His mum was taken into hospital last night and he’s there with her. Messaged us this morning re transferring his ticket to one of his F&F, then realised we’re all season ticket holders. In the past he’d have transferred it and we’d have taken one of the kids. Too late for ticket exchange and he’s used up one of his 3 strikes for an empty seat.
A quick phone call or email would probably get that sorted once his mum is right.Well the first of our gang with an empty seat today. I absolutely agree. I don’t think that will be an issue. Obviously he’s got bigger fish to fry today, but what a waste of a seat though.A quick phone call or email would probably get that sorted once his mum is sorted.
Agreed. It wouldn't have been on his mind obviously, but has anyone tried to put a ticket on the exchange beyond the 24 hour cutoff?I absolutely agree. I don’t think that will be an issue. Obviously he’s got bigger fish to fry today, but what a waste of a seat though.
I've just put my ST in my Google wallet on a burner and it shows on there and in the G wallet on my regular phoneBeing a jfoc luddite simple yes or no can you have a season ticket on 2 devices
Hope your friends mum is okay.Well the first of our gang with an empty seat today. His mum was taken into hospital last night and he’s there with her. I've transferred my wife's over 65 ticket to my son, but there was no facility either before or after to pay for an upgrade to a full price ticket. We'll just turn up and see what happens, there must be plenty in the same situation. No idea pal, I've just had an email from City to say my ticket has been successfully transferred to my brother's account.
He's a Citizen account holder, and also an over 65 like me ,so there was no money paid for the transfer. I've taken a screenshot of the email from City and sent it to him.
Have you had an email from City to confirm the transfer??I've transferred my wife's over 65 ticket to my son, but there was no facility either before or after to pay for an upgrade to a full price ticket. We'll just turn up and see what happens, there must be plenty in the same situation.
Yes, and my son has downloaded the ticket to his wallet.Have you had an email from City to confirm the transfer??
If you haven't,then I strongly expect that your transfer didn't go through the process.
I was told by someone on the phone at the club that you can’t do this as it’s against security and safety etc. they will have a dedicated team this season making sure that the person using the season ticket is the person named. Can anyone please clarify to an old git like me, I have my missus ST on my phone. Random ID checks possibly? They can’t possibly check every ticket every game.I was told by someone on the phone at the club that you can’t do this as it’s against security and safety etc. they will have a dedicated team this season making sure that the person using the season ticket is the person named.
