Downloaded ticket into my wallet.
Same as we have always done
A Mates just asked if I've got my self a new membership
I can't cos I've got a season ticket but sold it for the season.
Will I be ok tomorrow blues or will it be a day on the piss in town

You should be fine. I think your friend is referring to transfering tickets.

We got the email with the add to wallet option. When trying to add to wallet that message comes up. Nothing on his wallet currently

You can still have the ticket in the form of a card. Cards can store digital information but everyone seems to use mobile phones as a default now. Not everyone likes using mobile phones.

Messaged us this morning re transferring his ticket to one of his F&F, then realised we’re all season ticket holders. In the past he’d have transferred it and we’d have taken one of the kids. Lots of people are going to get caught out with this policy and City are going to have many seats going to waste as well as create a lot more work for themselves having to sort people's accounts after.

No idea pal, I've just had an email from City to say my ticket has been successfully transferred to my brother's account.
He's a Citizen account holder, and also an over 65 like me ,so there was no money paid for the transfer. I've taken a screenshot of the email from City and sent it to him.

I've transferred my wife's over 65 ticket to my son, but there was no facility either before or after to pay for an upgrade to a full price ticket. We'll just turn up and see what happens, there must be plenty in the same situation.
