Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

Just managed to transfer my ticket for the United game to my brother as I'm away on my holidays for that game.
Managed to do it fairly easily once the system allowed me to go through the process.
Does the transfer arrive by email or an automatic download? Different posts seem to say different things.

No idea pal, I've just had an email from City to say my ticket has been successfully transferred to my brother's account.
He's a Citizen account holder, and also an over 65 like me ,so there was no money paid for the transfer. I've taken a screenshot of the email from City and sent it to him.
 
I've got me dad's ticket tomorrow

I logged in as him on the app

Downloaded ticket into my wallet.
Same as we have always done
A Mates just asked if I've got my self a new membership
I can't cos I've got a season ticket but sold it for the season.
Will I be ok tomorrow blues or will it be a day on the piss in town

If they’re paid member it goes direct on their card. If they just got a supporter number and you added them to your 3 “non-member transfers” then they should get an email. Except my transfer didn’t work at first so had to phone them and they sorted straight away, but no explanation what if anything was wrong.
 
To get around the obstacles city put in place. I transferred a ticket for tomorrow to a friend for them to forward me the email on to download as the person having the ticket already has one on their membership. The email came through to download the ticket but it says pass download locked as maximum allowed has been reached. Does that mean it’s automatically gone into my mates wallet who’s number we used to try get around the system?

I have an andorid with Mine, my sons and my fathers STs in my google wallet so you can definitely have 3. I can't see how they can ever limit that as it is google wallet. But they can limit the amount of devices you use a ticket on.

I have three and had four at one point a few years ago.

I don’t really see there can be a limit logically. There’s no limit on how many kids you can have or take. Well not that I know of. Probably best not to assume with City though.

It will have gone to their wallet. Thats the idea anyway. No email apparently
