Trafford didn't concede the 2nd because he can't pass a ball. He passed to a player in the area who had no room to move with it. The expectation is that Donnarumma can jump thump it up field if the situation deems it necessary.

Ederson was never restricted to some dogmatic adherence to Pep insisting that the CB or the CDM has to touch the ball after he does. He was just good enough to read the game and make the relevant decision.

You don't get that many assists as a keeper only playing to the defenders.

Which as of today Trafford proved he doesn't have that ability yet. Which is fine, he's only 22.
