Peps fucking it up

He's telling Rico to play inverted, fucking sick of it its just not working defensively

Just go back to Nunes as a legit hold the line wing back

Pep persistence with styles that dont work will be a problem this year
Seemed to be rumours of Nunes having interest from Saudi, can be the only explanation for why hes not been playing. Surely....

Couto had a great year at Girona, played incredibly well against most teams and got humiliated by Vini.

Almost like what some on here will say about Lewis - good against most, cant be relied upon against the very best.

Porro has developed into a good player - Pep openly said a few years ago he didnt think be was a back 4 full back and had to operate in a back 5, feel like we messed up on that one.
Just seems a pity that we had these players but I'm not even sure if they touched a blade of grass in Manchester.
Even as a back up to Walker.

Lewis as our starting RB for the whole season? Yeah it’s an inside job I don’t care anymore. Imagine knowing about the weaknesses but still not doing shit about it. That inverted bullshit has to stop a long time ago. Lewis occupied unnecessary spaces

If its a position of a lack of real choices then how is it going to change that much by next season. By next year somebody shiny and new might come along and have a good season but that doesnt guarantee they're the real deal so if we really felt Livramento was the one to fit in then just pay the money and move on. We could have sold Lewis and got 25m back straight away off the Livramento price. Instead we wait and wait and have now lost the first 3 points and have still got to find a right back and then get him settled into the team. Personally I don't know if he is or isnt.
