I fell for it too mate. That said, I’ve been sent another image and some of them were smiling when the goal went in.I've just read up to speed and seen the claw hands. There are some sad twisted fuck all in their sorry little lives cunts out there Tim.
It needs sorting pal thats for sure.I fell for it too mate. That said, I’ve been sent another image and some of them were smiling when the goal went in.
I know it’s all about money to the Club but it seems very shortsighted not helping to build our long term support.
Also, I raised the shambles about ticket entry / NFC at the OSC AGM yesterday as I think most attendees were unaware of the scale of the fook up.
I would stop worrying about it if I were you. While the club is in bed with so many resale sites and extending corporate sections beyond demand, I'm afraid the empty seats will remain.I’m ore worried about the visible empty seats. ;-)
How can the Official SUPPORTERS Club be unaware of a supporter cock up so monumental it made the BBC Sport headlines?I fell for it too mate. That said, I’ve been sent another image and some of them were smiling when the goal went in.

Well I was aware of it and so were the other people in the meeting who were affected on the day. Everyone’s aware less than 24 hours after the game .How can the Official SUPPORTERS Club be unaware of a supporter cock up so monumental it made the BBC Sport headlines?
How so?It’s a fake lol
It’s in dispute. An observant poster noticed the hands were wrong on the people holdingHow so?
It wasn’t a supporter cock up. How could you get the central detail so wrong and how did you manage to get a like??How can the Official SUPPORTERS Club be unaware of a supporter cock up so monumental it made the BBC Sport headlines?
It's not a fake. It’s in dispute. An observant poster noticed the hands were wrong on the people holding
the phones. For example, the fingers of the subjects were unnaturally long. This might mean the photo was AI generated. If that’s the case it probably only tinkered with a bit as there are similar photos that look real. It might be legit.
It doesn’t change the key issues that we should be developing our homegrown fanbase more.
Thanks for the helpful info much. It’s not such a big deal mate whether it’s fake or real. There is no crime against being Asian and watching City, even though we might not like the modern culture of mobile phone, picture / video taking etc. There was a good young British Asian lad from Norwich sat near me on Saturday who was gutted we were getting beat. He was in his City shirt and was clearly a passionate Blue. I gave him my programme. It's not a fake.
This is block 039, im in 040.
Around 50 half and half scarfers/ international premier league fans seated together. Most of them stood up to take pics after Spurs scored.
The people impacted were supporters (or trying to be, if they could have got in the stadium). I would have thought the supporters club would have noticed such a high profile failure by the club and had it high on their agenda? Has the OSC commented at all, or asked the club for assurances that it won’t happen again, or will be better managed? It wasn’t a supporter cock up. How could you get the central detail so wrong and how did you manage to get a like??
You said it was the fault of supporters in your earlier message. Maybe your were confused but it was a really disappointing point to make. Our fans were really looking forward to the season re-starting and it was wholly unacceptable for Blues to be stuck outside, often for 25 or 30 minutes. The people impacted were supporters (or trying to be, if they could have got in the stadium). I assume people “liked” my question because they too were surprised it wasn’t a hot topic for the OSC meeting.
You’ve completely misinterpreted my question, or perhaps I should have been more explicit. I’m well aware it wasn’t a cock up BY supporters, but it was a cock up FOR supporters. We are 100% aligned on that. So it seemed reasonable to ask why it was not higher on the OSC agenda, given the high profile reporting and the furore in the weeks leading up to the game about new SC conditions, new turnstile readers, face recognition, etc.You said it was the fault of supporters in your earlier message. Maybe you lost the plot because you think anyone whose a supporters club member deserves stick. Anyway, it’s water off a ducks back because it’s something this forum is synonymous with. I am known on here for being willing to answer questions about my Suporters club etc but your earlier point was so offside that I won’t try in this case. I answered your first question regardless.
I will ask you a question. Did you ever speak out about the anti supporters club thread or is attempted bullying fine in your opinion.
In past years, I have posted a summary of the OSC AGM discussions on here. Where there are bits of info that will help posters I have direct messaged them this time around.
OK, on reflection I can see you meant to stick up for the fans who were let down at the turnstiles etc. You’ve completely misinterpreted my question, or perhaps I should have been more explicit. I have never bullied anyone and I wasn’t aware there was a special thread for that, so no, I have not commented there.
It’s very rare I “lose the plot”; this was not one of those occaisions!
Your feedback on the workings of the OSC are valued. What was the conclusion/action agreed after you raised the issue of Saturdays entry chaos?
TBF, your post could be interpreted both ways, so that's on you really (I actually read it as you intended as it made no sense to me otherwise). You’ve completely misinterpreted my question, or perhaps I should have been more explicit. we sit in 101 or 001 now I think. We used to be surrounded by season ticket holders and that was part of the enjoyment meeting folk and having a natter. The last few seasons they have gradually disappeared until there is only a few of us left. We are now surrounded by fans like that that are more interested in watching the game through their phones. No need to fake anything. Seriously. You know, I’m not sure it is. Another quick search of the internet of Saturday’s shambles shows a fair few of these type of ‘City supporters’ taking photos.
