They can demand all they want.

They have ousted him as a footballer from their entire squad. They don't want anything to do with him and he only has one year left.

The buying club have all the power.

Viana will wait until deadline day and pick him up for £15m
Can't you buy yourself out in your last year of the contract?

Well we must know Ederson is going if we have gone this far with Donnarumma? Could Ederson still end up in Saudi?

The turkish window is open another 12 days after ours, so Galatasaray know they have the chance to push this till the end. It is all set by the looks of it, just a case of who makes the first move. They also risk missing out on a keeper though.

I doubt the difference in the fee is as little as the 2m reported though, that doesn't feel like an amount either club would be so stubborn over.

That's why I don't get why we haven't thrown the money at ederson. Obviously its too late now but I think we undervalued him
I think it's sensible to let an unmotivated 32 year old keeper leave and sign a better keeper 5 n 'half years younger who's keen to play for us.

A game of chance for us then? I really dont think we will get stuck with Eddie to be honest but if we want Donnarumma then surely its best to get him in ASAP anyway?

That is a bit of a stumbling block it appears the Turkish window being open longer, but I believe what many are saying that it will happen, what we pay is irrelevant really, Ederson goes we need this guy in, it couldn't be any more simpler

Don't think a few days makes any difference at this point. Sounds like Donnarumma is all 'boxed off' as they say, and happy to wait. So whether they conclude it today or Saturday makes little difference.

Same for Galatasaray, in fairness. So it is just a case of waiting it out, imo. Think it will happen sooner though.

The other slight complication here is Ortega. We have 2 keepers to shift, to bring Donnarumma in. Galatasaray know this.

City appear to have personal terms sewn up with Donnarumma. We're also virtually sorted with the amount being sent over to PSG. There's no way that we're some way off this being done. It's happening.

The Ederson side of the equation is perhaps a little further behind in terms of club to club negotiations but Ederson appears to have agreed personal terms. His head is already in Istanbul.

Gut feeling says that Donnarumma gets unveiled on Thursday or Friday and it's 50-50 as to whether he starts at the Amex.

Having to get rid of Ortega is none of Galatasaray's business though? Unless you mean they being awkward bastards, the truth here is the Turkish window should bloody close when the rest of Europe does, they play in European comps ffs.

Ortega will get a number 2 spot anywhere I'd have thought, but it really is going at a snails pace this, and annoying considering the season has started
