Sounds like he's had enough

He's sounded like he wants to get the sack for ages now.

7 premier league wins since he took over. An absolutely awful record. Ten Hag doesn't look too bad now does he? A couple of trophies and some European qualifications. They'd love that right now.

Every decision that club makes pulls them deeper into the soft stuff.
It's extraordinary to watch.
I wished misery on them, I just didn't think it would actually be this spectacular.
The only bucket list item I have left regarding that club, is for City to win the league as they are relegated..... could it happen? :)

Cue all the Man Utd fans claiming they had no interest in the Carabao cup. It's not even the end of August and already they only have two competitions left to compete in with no chance of challenging for the Premier league title
A place in Europe is the target and I don't mean an apartment.

I know that 'cup' will most probably be also done before the clocks go back/forward in October.

Well there’s only one thing for it….

Give it giggsy til end of the season
The funny thing is there are tons of them screaming for Gollum on red cafe and social media in general. That’s how fucking desperate they are. What gets me about Interim is him pacing up and down while looking desperately at the floor in a search for answers.

It’s almost like a scene from “ one flew over the cuckoo’s nest”

Listened to the second half on five live. Not one mention of the difference in cost of the teams, utter silence about the fact that the third goal should have stood. Chris Sutton giggling and applauding each of the filth’s penalties. Them willing them on to snatch it at the end of normal time. And they have the gumption to ram romance down our throat when they try and flog their FA Cup coverage.
Well said Edward Deadwood.

Like the name too

Just about the last act of their expensively acquired DoF Dan Ashworth was to recommend, inter alios, Thomas Frank as manager. The powers that be, ie big Jim, rejected Frank and picked Amorim, yet again non football people deciding football stuff. They never learn.

Outstanding result lol. Made my morning when I woke up.

Upsets do happen as freak results where teams could play another 10 times and it likely won't happen again but this has happened because they're utter shite, no other reason. That's the best part about it. They could play another ten times and it'll happen at least a few.

It’s GRIMsby up North!
Only watched the 2nd half and turned it off when slabhead equalised. Turned off phone and went to bed.
Turned it back on a minute ago! Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! Fuckin mint. This is their Halifax Town moment and will take years to recover from for the twats.
Well done the Mariners. You’ve set these fuckers back big time there probably more than we all think.

Why are people saying it's a shock result ? We are not talking about the mighty Man United here, 15th in the Premier League speaks volumes and many would have had a cheeky £10 on Grimsby beating them

That's right, a club that fielded a team worth less than £1million beating a team that's worth over £700million
There was nothing between them on the night and if people were watching football for the first time, Grimsby looked the better club
Worth?
