Think Bernardo needs to come off for O'Reilly or Gonzalez he's not offering anything
He's doing an understated job - dropping to give Trafford another option, moving the ball & plugging gaps.

He was mince last week, but having a decent game today

Overall okayish, but Ait Nouri and Marmoush should have made more quick, simple passes instead of holding the ball too long and making unnecessary trick passes.

I thought that. The extra time was over by a few seconds so why not blow for the end of the half.
Because in the main the type of people who become refs are those who would say “it’s the rules”
He’s allowing Brighton players to pull shirts and go in late without doing anything about it

Yeah the defenders are doing it as well, so as to not put him under pressure

Even saw Stones telling Trafford to hoof it
Makes sense. A couple of times he has put a defender under pressure perhaps unnecessarily. He's doing OK for now though from what I've seen.

I think structurally this season so far we look a lot more solid. Even the goals last week came from a Stones slip and giving possession away rather than anything structural.

I see a solid foundation for this team and think it’s just a matter of the new players bedding in which will take a bit of time. Think it’s really promising considering we did much worse overall in these three fixtures last year no matter what happens in the rest of this game.
