PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Clough, Venables, Graham, etc... we're all engaged in brown paper envelope style dodgy signings for years. Only Graham ever really got done for his corruption (Arsenal didnt have titles removed) My dad reckoned that Clough once followed Trevor Christie up the motorway to stop him signing for City and go to Forest. Despite his greatness he was a corrupt old piss can. If many managers in those days weren't brown envelope dodgy piss cans they were banging the club physio or something.
You can add Howard Kendall to the list. The football media is very protective of its sources. There are a lot of snakes out there.

I don’t care what anyone says, this has ALWAYS worried me…that American owned club fucking despises City as do 99.9% of their fanbases…
This isn’t CAS now…where City picked a judge,UEFA picked a judge…and the third judge City apparently put forward(I may be wrong on this)and UEFA didn’t challenge…
It was a majority verdict 2 to 1 with judges 1 and 3 finding in favour of City, unsurprisingly the UEFA judge found City guilty.
Ok…I KNOW these are heavy duty judges of the KCs…but they fucking hate us you KNOW.
Even Pannick is a tarquin supporter lol…but I’m sure he’s putting that aside as this is WORK…I did say 99.9% above lol,he’s the 00.01%……
That panel is picked by Rosen though…he might just be an ABSOLUTE ****.

I’ve got a rotten feeling this isn’t going to be a slam dunk for City as a lot of people on here think, hopefully though I’m talking out of my Arsenal;);(
Fuck me what is it with people with 777 in their username posting absolute bollocks. Dax would be so proud.

I think you mean "physio's wife".

"Who's up Mary Brown, who's up Mary Brown, Tommy Tommy Docherty, Tommy Docherty...."

In April 2025, Tavistock Group (Joe Lewis) took a minority stake in Mubadala's asset management subsidiary, Mubadala Capital, in a deal that also included a $10 billion syndicated investment in Tavistock. This partnership aims to give Tavistock access to better investment opportunities and signals an evolving trend where sovereign wealth funds like Mubadala are expanding their role from primarily limited partners to become more investable businesses.
Probably has nothing to do with it but it would make me chuckle if Khaldoon was running around making multi billion deals just to settle a few scores.

Nico O’Reilly is a more than capable deputy for left back. Our season seemed to pick up when he got a run there. It’s notable now he’s not starting it’s gone to shit again. Agree we are in the shit if Ake and Stones can’t stay fit.
Absolutely insane how he is seemingly not a option there at the moment. You could argue he should start the derby there judging by how Ait-Nouri has started the season

I pray Pep understands that he has to be in the running for that position. If we signed an actual left-back that performed the way Nico did last year we would all be very excited. Think he simetimes get the Nunes treatment where people look at his defiencies in the role because he isn't a full-back naturally, instead of focusing on the fact that he actually is very young and should improve

That’s interesting.
Would be an incredible stretch to say both levy going and this are linked, but interesting none the less.

Thanks.
I was looking for something as I thought they may be linked in some way in a business sense, but I could only find articles on football.

Nico would have been out of the door had it not been for his performance against Bournemouth in the cup as Pep had only played him at leftback in cup against league 2 sides. Premier league sides were targeting him & it was telling how Pep substituted him against Wolves

What is the source of this?

Yes you are..... and you need to work on your maths.

Don't worry. Even I've had moments where I ask myself if I've been looking at this through sky blue coloured specs.
My mind goes backwards and forwards with this subject, but overall, I'm confident for us.

Edit: without your posts and info, I'd be clueless and not so confident, so thanks mate,

You OBVIOUSLY didn’t see my later post admitting I was being a knob for posting the comment, and yes it was a load of bollocks,as for your weird problem with people with 777 in their usernames…..it’s called the 777 conspiracy,we’re all subconsciously linked.
