Didnt they go back to the old/original rules a while back? APT1/APT2? Might be wrong, I glazed off on this topic several moons agoI think it’s the amended APT rules that we are now accepting - not sure though !!
Also, we can now proceed with a huge sponsorship deal with Etihad using its true value
IMHO, I think we’ve won - or at least got what we wanted - & have agreed to go quietlyIt will be the new ones. Is it a win for both parties?
Just in time for the Derby.....Hold on to your hats blues.

The 115 decision will be announced on Friday, just before the derbyJust in time for the Derby.....
That’s a good pointIMO (backed up by the club's actions over the last 15 years) City's position with FFP, APT etc. has always been to work the grey areas as much as possible without trying to bring down the system because it protects us as much as hurts us. We have among the highest revenues in world football, so we can spend big, but we don't want clubs like Villa and Newcastle doing what we did in 2008-2011.
Exactly my thoughts. Are we supposed to believe this and the Levy news last week has no link to 115?Hold on to your hats blues.

No after the last ruling. The PL voted for and implemented a new set of rules. Which City challenged in this case which is now resolved.Didnt they go back to the old/original rules a while back? APT1/APT2? Might be wrong, I glazed off on this topic several moons ago
Every initial reaction I've seen so far in the press is implying City have come out of this positively.... give it time thoughThe press will make this out to be a huge win for Liverpool, Arsenal, united, orphans and homeless puppy dogs.
