Maybe, but which barriers that blocked the Etihad deal have now been removed, and how can we be confident that we will not be treated differently from any other top-flight club going forward? You'd be wrong

We won’t know if this is a ‘win’ for us - or the extent to which we’ve won - until the outcome of the 115 is known.
Did we have to give ground on one matter (i.e. the legality of the APT framework) in order to secure better terms on the outcome of the other? Have we got everything we want on the 115, and therefore need to reset our relations with the Premier League? Or did we agree to a deal on APT in order to hasten the resolution of the other charges?
We won’t know until it’s all out in the open.
You must have your own parking space by now?Was already doing TS tomorrow to go through a few things but suspect mostly on this now
See neither the BBC or Sky can bring themselves to even put forward the slightest suggestion that this is a positive outcome for City
If you read the daily mail you wouldn’t of wrote that so forgive you for this nonsense
I've fixed that for youTalk Shite tomorrow morning to listen to Stefan getting talked over by the ignoramus that is Jordan
Wouldn’t HAVE‘Wouldn’t of’?
The idea that we’ve agreed to settle with the PL on the APT issue without any consideration of our broader relationship with the PL and the 115 charges is a bit far fetched.
I've fixed that for you
Trust the BBC to get it hopelessly wrong, The Judges ruled the amendments were unlawful,BBC insinuating that it was a City climb down.

APT rules Premier League: Man City end dispute over sponsor rules
Manchester City and the Premier League reach a settlement in their dispute over the rules that govern commercial deals.www.bbc.co.uk
We won the case because the amendments were unlawful. The rules revert back to the original existing rules which means our sponsor deals can go ahead,Why do you assume we've won ? It could be that our lawyers have advised the club our legal action is not going to succeed and it's better to drop the proceedings rather than carry on with a claim we've no realistic chance of winning.
they didn’t get it wrong.Trust the BBC to get it hopelessly wrong, The Judges ruled the amendments were unlawful,
Over the 10 years? It is worth MUCH more than. MUCH. Even conservatively a 2024 starting point with a 5% CAGR increase each year equates to a total of £1.25bn and a £155m by year 10. And I understand the deal is more than that. Biggest deal ever in English sport
That was all in the published evidence from the APT1 case. Not sure how that can be the case. And either way, I am basing my opinion on the statement alone, rather than journalists' commentary or opinion. The statement makes no such claim. We can presume it, but all it says is that we accept the PL rules to be lawful and binding. That's all.
Looks like part of a deal to end the whole 115 shitshow.Looks like it. Fucking hell.

The idiot doesnt even know where the EPL are getting their money from as the premier league clubs are probably no longer willing to pay for it out of their tv Moneys
