I honestly can't work out the connotations of this post. Is he intimating that he's upset with Russia? Is he suggesting more rigourous NATO support or simply stoking fires with that childish sign-off?

it's just hot air, he's so out of his depth he just spouts hollow tripe with no meaning. What he should be doing is reaffirming Americas position in support of Poland and NATO, but he's such a duplicitous shit that that was never going to happen
