Don’t think the PL want their legal budget draining anymore than it has done, they will be covering City’s legal cost in the apt case. Probably why they have let the FA do this one even though it sounds a lot more serious than what they are alleging City to have done.

What's more odd is that when cas agreed city had done nothing wrong the premier League stil went ahead and charged us stating it had a duty to investigate simply because uefa had charged us already.
And yet utd got fined for ffp by uefa and nothing from the prem.
It all stinks.
