Completely killed the game that decision. Never got back into it after that. As others have said, to not have half their best players playing just makes the whole thing a bit of a piss take.

I certainly wouldn't want the job of organising the cricket calendar. Must be a nightmare trying to fit in all the different formats and competitions in to what is a pretty short summer that we have in this country.

Having said that, you'd think they'd manage to find a way for what I think is generally recognised as the premier one day competition these days, to not have the finals clash with when half the best players are unavailable through internationals?

Maybe it was just unavoidable? Still looking forward to it. But think Lancs are definitely outsiders of the four now.
