Haaland by some measure. I know everyone has focussed on the goals (one of which was a Dortmund classic) and his defending, but his hold up play and layoffs and passes were magnificent. I pity the rest of the league now we have a mature footballer and the most clinical finisher in world football all in one shirt.

Phil was man of first half but less so secomd half. Doku was very good, as were all 4 defenders.

Donna did as much as you can expect. One great save, rest was more of a formality.

Gigi looked like a key player worth 3x the fee.

Lots of good performances, but it simply has to be Haaland. Played like he was fresh out of the box and made to measure. Most complete performance in a City shirt.
