I still don't understand why they got rid of De Gea AKA the Alpaca?

Wasn't he their player of the season for three years running?

He saved them a shit load of points (if you'll pardon the pun).

Not that I give a flying fuck, mind you.

I'm enjoying the pantomime. Long may it last.
Because at that time the deluded upper management and fanbase thought they still had a chance for a top 4 finish plus he was going through an onana type spell of performances. To show you how bad the fanbase actually are what set of fans anywhere would be screaming to get rid of their keeper who was letting in simple goals every week would now be screaming to get him back!! Conveniently forgetting how bad he was his last two two seasons.

His steadfast refusal to allow jelly and ice cream to be served
I've gone from waiting for the day, to hoping it is a long while off.
I'm getting far more pleasure watching his sullen face match after match. Why the cameras feel the need to spend the ten seconds every match focussing on him is a mystery.
Noticed he didn't get the City badge covered at the weekend. I think we have broke him!

Yep!

Without putting too finer point on it, they're fucked mate.

I've got absolutely no idea what these potential incoming players are being sold over at the swamp.

If you're a parent of a professional footballer or an agent with a modicum of integrity, the rags are the last club you would want them to join.

That's not me being a biased City fan that hates the fuckers more than words can express, that's just common sense.

Unless, it's just simply a case of: "we can quadruple your weekly wage" why else would you go there.

I can't believe that I'm the only person who can remember what Alexis Sanchez said after his first training session at the swamp: "I wished that I could rip up my contract"

Funny how none of these pricks in the media don't mention that.
Not one of the cunts will break ranks and call it out but I’m glad they don’t.
We don’t want the world to forget how shit they are, just sky sports alone yesterday I counted 10 united related pieces in the first 15 articles virtually every media piece concentrated on their defeat and then dwell on the past rather than mention our victory.
This is no coincidence and it’s all about money. There is no doubt the fuckers have millions of glory hunters itching to find anything positive to read or watch and this generates clicks, you’ve only got to see how many on YouTube are cashing in on their demise. Brent goldfish alone has made by his own admission over 3m from his Chanel

Every fan in this country and around the world know they are finished as a competitive entity, billions spent on players
And managers Who leave that club with their reputation in tatters, a laughing stock
And only the name carries them along.

For any rags lurking on here who ridiculed our club when we were shit now you know what it feels like and if you think it’s bad now wait till you get relegated.

Remember that club endorsed banner.

That f’kin Merson, seriously needs putting out to grass now!Just heard him say that if utd had Chelseas’ wing backs (James and hair bear)they would be top of the league!!?I shit you not!I wonder how much they pay this pillock, for such expertise!?….it’s just a society of clowns on there,it really is.
I’m guessing the substances still not wore off, or maybe still going in !

So what happens next then? Does this rag squad keep buying into what Amorim is trying to implement or do they all revert to form? Sulk, go hiding and down tools on the manager. There’s players in that squad who have done this to Mourinho, Solksjaer and Ten Haag but the press were telling us everything was different this time before the season kicked off.

It'll all come out when he passes.
I can imagine it’ll be up there with the queens passing, days and days of scrolling pictures and news articles, skys inevitable documentary etc basically sky sports will turn into mutv for weeks.
All the players old and new reliving past glories media headlines like the end of ww2
All glossing over how fucking shit that club is
Any other manager would get a day out of it.

It will all have to come out sooner or later. You can't keep a lid on these things for an indefinite period. His relationship with game officials, his insistence that all rag signings go through his son's sporting agency, his complete character assassination of any journalists that dare write a negative comment about him, a certain hotel in Thailand where he bans all mobile phones and video cameras etc while he's 'holidaying' there, when Dwight Yorke turned up at a club do with his then girlfriend Katie Price and the Pisscan made the DJ play 'Who Let The Dogs Out,' and stood there conducting the crowd using a biro pen as the conductor's baton.

When the whole sordid truth about his time at the rags is laid open for all to see, the club are going to have to put on a Herculean show of strength regarding damage limitation.

There lies one of their main problems.

I'm convinced that the media are complicit in the rags demise. They can't help themselves it would seem.

It's a fascinating conundrum the media have got with the rags, they're so desperate for them to regain a foothold in the league yet they can't leave them alone.

Their obsession with everything rag, just compounds the problem and highlights every flaw and blunder the filth make. Talk about airing your dirty laundry.

Even when the media try to put a positive spin on things for the rags, it tends to have an adverse effect on them.

While I'm writing this, I'm thinking to my self: "hang on, this probably belongs in the media thread" but that's the thing.

You cannot separate the media from the rags and vice-versa. The two entities have embroiled themselves so tightly into the most dysfunctional relationship possible, it has become the most watched daily soap opera.

All we need now is a theme tune to go with it.
