Seat Counters 25/26

I think that they have given tickets away to schools etc. At the weekend there were 10,000 tickets left and sales were at an absolute stand still.

I know sales generally pick up before the game, and the positive Derby results will have encouraged a few more to go. But I'm not having that 8,000 have sold since the weekend, absolutely no chance.
Payday was on Monday for many people (while most get paid at the end of the month, loads get paid on 15th).

I didn't realise about the new criteria opening up at 10am. That's definitely helped sales along. There must be loads of Cityzens who haven't got a paid matchday membership. I'm surprised it's taken the club so long to open sales up to them

2277 now showing on the planner. I'm not sure if CB3 has been taken offline though for the time being or whether it's sold out. Either way, plenty have gone since that new criteria kicked in
They (sort of) did when they allowed us to buy extra tickets. The only problem is what not 100% clear you could transfer them to another person. I assumed so and hence bought a ticket for a mate and forwarded the email on. Other people might not have realised.
With matches coming thick and fast, would have been nice if the transfer criteria were announced before the Cup scheme signup deadline (I would have signed anyway).
Also, is good that we know the prices for the next two matches.
would be good if we knew this is how the criteria would evolve as well. I have some mates who want to attend a couple of the other matches. I ASSUME I will be able to get them tickets, but you never know.

If the knobheads who are implementing these news ticket rules/restrictions etc get their heads together and do some kind of discount for all remaining home games in the league stages, like they did a few years back, it'd make this seat counting a breeze and put lots of numbers on the gate. If we get anywhere near 50k tonight it'll be a fantastic crowd. I'm guessing 48'500.

2251 left for Napoli. I'd expect another 1000 minimum to shift with fans making last minute decisions to go
Not convinced this is accurate. I cannot see that all those east stand upper seats have gone overnight. There were hundreds yesterday afternoon.

I thought the same. Maybe chunks taken off sale again? Obviously, we'll get a better feel for it at the match tonight

Edit: some EL3 blocks have reappeared on the planner with approx 60-80 seats in each

I also dont believe for a minute all the spare seats in Levels 0 and 1 (formerly 1 and 2 of course) have been sold/filled - my block in Tier 2 of the North Stand has 170 spare seats 2 days ago, Id be stunned if they had suddenly been snapped up. A quick look at the North Stand tonight will tell the true story.
