Agreed, a few teething problems with access but overall a good alternative for a prematch beer only 300m from turnstile BWent today, weather shite but in summer it will be a great place to drink.

Was it full ?Went yesterday was decent enough. I only had one drink so didn't massively scope it out, The queue from Joe Mercer way took a while to get in because they only had 2 guys doing the security checks, so they can improve on that.
On the whole though seemed decent and another good addition that will be useful whilst we wait for the new City Square area
There was another entrance over the bridge further round, no Q thereWent yesterday was decent enough. I only had one drink so didn't massively scope it out, The queue from Joe Mercer way took a while to get in because they only had 2 guys doing the security checks, so they can improve on that.

Well they were clicking 1 in 1 out when we left at half 3, which was the same time they stopped serving so anyone queuing then wouldn't have been able to get a drink! For info it closed at 4pm.Was it full ?
Yea my mate told us when we already in the queue at Joe Mercer Way, but by the time we knew that it seemed much of a muchness to leave the queue we were already in and not too far from the front of. Think it took us about ten to 15 mins to get in but yea will try the other entrance next timeThere was another entrance over the bridge further round, no Q there
Service was pretty quick tbf, bar staff more professional/better trained than in the stadiumWell they were clicking 1 in 1 out when we left at half 3, which was the same time they stopped serving so anyone queuing then wouldn't have been able to get a drink! For info it closed at 4pm.
We were on a bench outside near the gazebo there was plenty of space near us (more benches and seating areas might be a good idea btw?). Bar looked about 3 or 4 deep but I don't know how long it was to queue cos my mate got the drinks in before we got there, but he's not one to wait about so can't imagine it was too bad.
Apologies if mentioned elsewhere but seems to be an imminent announcement on a NBA European League coming as soon as 2027 which will have a Manchester City team along with other major European football teams such as Real Madrid, Barcelona and PSG.

Nothing on the website to suggest that it is. The game v rags was a trial.Haha, but seriously is it defo open?
It will be open but simply red play the coop that day so may well be restricted to Gig ticket holdersAnyone know if Canalside open again for the Burnley game?
Burnley kicks off at 15:00. Can't imagine there will be that many gig goers knocking about pre-match so can't see why it wouldn't be available to city fansIt will be open but simply red play the coop that day so may well be restricted to Gig ticket holders
