Happy with that but would like to have a bit more of the ball. Crucial that we don't do what we did against Spurs and Brighton and just suddenly turn to shit. It does feel like we have turned a corner, but either way it will be difficult if we are goind to defend this low for the rest of the game

What did he do wrong there mate? All I saw was the ball getting thrown at him.
It’s a situation that you think VAR would be able to inform the on the pitch referee that Bernardo didn’t throw the ball at trosssrd with any malice.

Never a yellow card, but if I’m an Arsenal fan I’d be fuming that a double yellow wasn’t given.

Man City morphing into Real Madrid from previous years.

World class goaly + World class striker, no real possession game to speak of, hit on counter.
Madrid had a world class midfield called Modric and kroos.

Arteta is trying to be a fusion of Pep and Pulis. A lot of possession but primarily looking for corners and throw ins for goals.

crazy man, blending those ideas together..he's lost his mind.

Great first half but hard to see us winning this if we don’t have more possession in the second half. I never expected us to have a mere 32.5% of the ball under Pep.
