Phone lines aside, why the fuck is it so hard to add a new card onto your account?! I was trying to do it this week as I was booking a tour for some visitors and relised my old card was still on there. Our season cards are tied to my wife's card on her account so I've not bothered with trying to update it recently.

Its fucking weird and I can only assume its intentional. Especially if the only way to do it as some are saying, is to go to cup schemes and do it that way. Why the fuck have the club, with their limitless resources, made adding a new payment option so tedious and difficult?

Managed to get through to the ticket office after an hour and 50 on hold. They said they didn't know why my ticket wasn't showing and they've call me back..... That was 4 hours ago...

Match is tomorrow - what do I do?!

If its a season ticket just scan your ticket as normal it doesn't matter what game its showing.

The card is just for your cup schemes so you can add/amend accordingly

As long as you haven't actually changed bank accounts then the Direct Debit payments for your Season Ticket will just come out of your account on the specific day.

So to clarify your season ticket payment if you pay monthly is a direct debit so unless you change banks then no action needed
Cards, debit or credit, are used for cup schemes so if you get a new card you need to update details and it’s not difficult

To update DD you have to call important if its seven days or less from payment date ie 1st or 15th you have to make a manual payment or your card could be blocked
