Thanks. I was planning on doing it last week but it doesn't work on the app. I'd have to log in on my work computer. My team is pretty decent but I want to ditch salad and spread that money about. Now is the time. The shity app is holding me back.

I just access FPL on my phone using a normal browser, I've never used the app. Can't you do that?

Just curious, I think Bruno got a score of -1 (because of the missed penalty) so is it -2 if you captained him?

I think we need to have a discussion about midfielders because nobody other than Semenyo is sticking their hand up saying I'm a must buy.

I've got Salah, Bergvall and Caicedo in my midfield, with Dewsbury Hall and Cullen on the bench. I suppose the likes of Foden, Gordon, Gravenberch and Xhaka (yes, the hacker) are worth a look at. I hear that Xhaka is doing okay at Sunderland.

Sarr at Palace is probably the one I'm most interested in now he's fit again. I'd have had him in my WC team but for his injury. He's averaging just over 7 points per game which is the 2nd best for mids this season. The next 3 fixtures aren't great though, so one to monitor for now I guess.

You and I WC'd the same week and Sarr was on my list too before his unfortunate injury, the same week he was one of the few (affordable) MIDs to not blank.

From an FPL POV, I watched that CP game behind the couch this weekend, but only because I had 3 on their team on my bench and it appeared for a long while that playing any/all of them should have been the play, or saving my BB to when they played LIV! I loved the overall result of course, and in the end Mateta hit the post and the CS was wiped out late too. Just glad LIV got 0 out of that when it looked for a bit like they might sneak out 1 when they had no right to.

I've been high on the CP team early, and if I'm to go for him now, it would mean that someone (likely on D), would have to go. Not sure I'm able/willing to do that, but I'll be watching.

I still have 2 MIDs playing today, so I'll get back to you on your overall question later on. I'm on a value play at the MID, and I can't complain about where it has taken me in recent GWs in what it allows on the other lines! ;-)

I played Mateta, him hitting the post and hitting a shot straight at the keeper when clean through was a bit annoying as was Kudos hitting the bar when he should have scored. I know you played Kudos and if that went in you'd possibly get 100+ this week. Still a good week but nearly an exceptional week, for me anyway. You still have time and Ndiaye is a good pick and I'm a little envious of your double Everton against WHU.

I've got to sell Mateta now to get Gyokeres, though he's been a bit underwhelming, betting against him would be risky, so I'll stick to the plan. No rush to make the move, the Mateta price drop didn't affect me and Gyokeres isn't due to rise so I might as well see how he fairs in the CL. Playing in Europe is the one thing that would put me off triple Palace, I've no idea how they will approach it, and if their squad can handle Thursday/Sunday.

I took Palmer out and brought Bruno in, so instead of the 8pts for scoring the pen, ended up with -1pt ….. still glad he missed though.

Triple Captained Big Erl, which thankfully came in with those 2 late strikes, whose 48pts saved a dreadful Gamewek 6 otherwise.
