Pedro has been very poor recently. Chelsea are very hit and miss. Same with vdv at spurs.


That's how I've played it in the past but if your main keeper gets injured or dropped you end up wasting transfers sorting it out.

This time I've managed to build ghe team I want with cash to spare so I'm good with it.

The difference this season is there is a 4M playing keeper in Dubravka. If Raya gets injured I'd deal with it then or just play Dubravka for a week or two if the injury wasn't serious. You just know that extra 1M will come in handy at some point but it's your team.

Yeah. I've had Dupravka until now. I'm good with a 1m upgrade. I think this year there's not many premium assets worth the premium.

I'm selling Mateta before the deadline and keeping Pedro. Don't forget Chelsea have had players sent off in the last 2 and that's massively impacted their attack. Really good fixtures from next week as well.

I've not owned Joao Pedro at all this year, and I'm on Mateta with some decent matches coming up, and in a GW he doesn't (GW9 vs. ARS), I have other options.

I only wish I could fit CP's Sarr in this week, but I'm good with rolling until after the break.

And... welcome aboard the Gyokeres train too.

Though, as you can guess, jimharri and I will be hoping for one of your MIDs to derail off the tracks again this week! ;-)

Pedro is an easy keep for me seeing I got him for 7.5, and the fixtures after this GW are very good. Him getting a red card in the CL and being left out of the Brazil squad is perfect from an FPL point of view

There's nothing wrong with Mateta but I've got to sell a forward for Gyokeres and as someone who also wants Sarr I'm not sure I want double Palace attack, maybe in the future but their fixtures don't get really appealing until GW10.

I would have had him in my GW1 squad but with me bench boosting I didn't like the dippers away fixture. He got a brace, played very well, and I sold Wirtz for him immediately. I do get the odd thing correct, occasionally.

When I moved it back to Haaland last week to Triple Captain him, I realized I had to hit the "Confirm" button on the app otherwise it didn't save. Ouch on that - Semenyo was 3rd most captained at 0.88% this week. Haaland is tops at 93.77% after last week's display.

I did the same move before GW2, since then Semenyo has got 51 points and risen in price by 0.8m. Wirtz has got 10 points and dropped in price by 0.3m. Must admit I'm feeling pretty smug lol.

I'm not bothered tbh, I've already had very good points out of him, and was way ahead of the curve. He's a must own player though because he's a rank killer for those without him.

No, it was a post on Instagram from FPL Edits, but it was based on data from the top 10K in the game only, I misread it initially.
