Well hes certainly gone if we don't make a couple of big signings next summer. Even with that long contract he signed I never saw him staying forever anyway. I would have him Madrid bound by 28 at the latest regardless of whats around him.
Gone, to where? Hardly any club in the world could afford him.
Mbappe will be Madrid's #9 until he retires. It’s now becoming his team there in Madrid. They won’t be signing Haaland.
Barça will need to replace Lewandowski soon but they don’t have anywhere near the money to buy Haaland. Unless something drastic happens to their finances when they move back to the Camp Nou where they could possibly sign him after a few years of generating the revenue. It’s a big ‘if’ though.
Bayern never spend the kind of fees it would take to sign Haaland.
Liverpool have signed Isak for £110m.
Paris could afford him but would Haaland want to play in France? They also have Dembele up front who’s just won the Balon d’Or so they could save money just by keeping him.
Italian football? Beautiful country and has some giant clubs but I doubt any of them could afford him and I don’t think he’d drop to play in that league.
Chelsea are about the only other side, but they’re a bit of an odd team and you never know who’s going to be their coach from one season to the next so I couldn’t see Haaland wanting the play there.
Newcastle, depending on their ability to spend with amended PSR? I can’t see it.
Arsenal? I think he hates them more than any other team.
Saudi Arabia? I doubt Haaland would consider it, he’s already earning £27.3m a year just from his City contract, never mind any sponsors he has with the wider exposure he gets playing for City in the PL+CL, so there’d be no reason to go to Saudi Arabia.
Haaland has signed a massive 10 year contract to stay at City and will likely be staying at City. The only club I could see him going to would be Barcelona but there are huge question marks over their ability to afford him. Madrid wouldn’t need him and nobody else could afford him or he wouldn’t sign for them.
