McInnes but would he leave Hearts at the moment? I think it’s a possibility. Paisley boy, Rangers through n through.

Kevin Muscat was the first I thought of but not sure the timing is right for him. He has / had close ties to the City Group

Sean Dyche makes a lot of sense with those behind the scenes having close ties to Everton.

It’s just my opinion but I believe we could have had a successful season if we’d brought in just about anybody but Martin. I believe the season could have been saved if we had moved sooner to chase that fraud out of the club weeks ago when it was glaringly obvious it was never going to work! It’s possibly just too late now to turn this season around but we simply have to get the right man in place soon.

Yeah, unfortunately potential replacements aren't exactly obvious, although anyone would be better than the shit show we were subjected to.

It's probably criminal, that considering the managers we've had since being back in the top league, that for whatever reason we've failed to hire McInnes as manager.

Really unsure who i'd want now to be honest. I'm also concerned about the squad that has been built, the money spent building it, and the wisdom of keeping them on moving forward.
 
With all the hoo ha about the new owners I was expecting a real statement appointment, like Mourinho, which would have been brilliant as a relatively impartial spectator.

I presume they will give p on this season, hope to win a few of the Old Firm games, perhaps pick up the League Cup...and finish in the top 6.

Caretaker manager, safe pair of hands, go all out for a name in the summer, and perhaps communicate a little better with their supporters?

Would anyone of real quality take it right now? The squad you have, the immediate fix mentality of your support?

McKinnes would and does want to manage his team, but, would he be given the time to make it happen? I think he will get there, but he does well with Hearts and he buys time to get it right.

I hope you get Dyches. After he improves them, but not enough. gets blootered out the door, then maybe Mckinnes might consider it when he has a chance to take it that final step.

His heart may want it, but he's no mug.
 
Seems like there is not going to be a top class manager at Rangers for a few more years yet.
They should have gave Van Bronckhorst more time.
