So not this month if it’s come from Delaney
Not very professional - which why, in this day & age of easy fakes etc - I’m so surprised that you’re so convinced it’s real.Life isn't perfect. Presumably, he would say the reply says nothing. Or perhaps he mistook Mark for someone he knows well. Don't overthink it.
As long as I formed all will be goodInternational break would be perfect but Everton at home might be the best or worst atmosphere ever depending on the result
Interesting article in The Independent this morning from Delaney who appears to indicate no action

If I hear anything, I'll let you know.@slbsn If/when you get wind of the fact that both parties are in receipt of the verdict and are in the process of assessing it, will you be in a position to share that update on here?
He’s just saying people are people at all levels with different personalities. I didn’t see it as dismissive. It might be dismissive if he didn’t answer your question but he did.Not very professional - which why, in this day & age of easy fakes etc - I’m so surprised that you’re so convinced it’s real.
Bit dismissive of you Stefan to tell me not to overthink it. I’m just interested in why our highly paid KC responds to unknown city fans about the most important case in PL history
I don't think it was a case of mistaken identity. Here's the first email. This one is slightly edited to remove some detail.

Nothing that Masters hasn’t already said.Life isn't perfect. Presumably, he would say the reply says nothing. Or perhaps he mistook Mark for someone he knows well. Don't overthink it.
My bad. I meant dismissive in terms of “not criticising a top KC for his actions.”He’s just saying people are people at all levels with different personalities. I didn’t see it as dismissive. It might be dismissive if he didn’t answer your question but he did.
I think the game after the verdict will be electric whatever the outcome. City fans are bloody minded so a negative outcome will result in louder booing of the PL etc. If we win it’s one big celebration.International break would be perfect but Everton at home might be the best or worst atmosphere ever depending on the result
