It’s not totally on the club in fairness. The PL put in new rules about ticketing https://www.premierleague.com/en/news/4071456It’s an absolute mess this. Daft rules and regulations which will drive away the most loyal supporters at a time when we have extra seats to fill. Great strategy.
There are no proper instructions on how to add a non-member and at the same time obtain a supporters number for them.Season Ticket Members who have not yet nominated their ticket transfer Non-Members will have another opportunity to nominate as our second window will open on Monday 29th September.

More information will be communicated in the upcoming days. Once the nominating window closes ticket transfer will then be available from Friday 10th October.

When I go to add him as F&F, says they don't have a ticketing account and to complete their registration. But this has been done.
