Not disputing any of that, but Obama won his Nobel Prize in 2009, right at the start of his presidency. What came after that is a different matter.

Trump has been an absolute tyrant throughout and practically begging for a Peace Prize the whole time.

Two very good comments. I was fortunate enough to get a physics degree, free of charge (single mother, working class) so full grant. Have paid it back 1000 times over in tax. God help the poor bastards these days. I know some of them and they are ‘rudderless’. Makes me feel quite sad.

they're all twats, Reagan was made out to be the great tyrant and looks like a fkn hero compared with what we've had since, that's how bad it's got

Reagan allowed the Christian Nationalists to get a foothold, and bears a lot of the blame for the situation we are currently in.

Carter is the only one in recent times that has any real credibility.

I've got three boys- young men really of course - in their early 20s and them and their friends are very far from rudderless. They all seem far harder working and more focused than I ever was.
